48 hours from now I will be on the losers bench.  Whoo hoo.  I still am having a hard time believing this is really going to happen.  I am still very excited, but I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little nervous. I wanted to be under 250 before surgery and that happened this morning.  It has been over five years since I was under 250.  I was talking with my husband and he laughed at me when I realized that I will probably never see those numbers on my scale again. He said the smile on my face is priceless.  

It will be eleven months almost to the day of surgery that  I started this journey towards WLS .  I will say that it has all been worth it, through the ups,downs, stalls, paperwork, tests, and yes the anticipation for surgery day. I have been told that the second day post op is the worst, so I am putting it in to perspective.... It is one bad day out of how many good days yet to come.  I can, and will suck it up, and move on.
