Week 34 - Week 5 Route 66 training

 This week I continued my training and increased my morning runs from 4 to 6 miles.  Total for the week was 7 workouts for 29.9 miles.

I ran two 5K - 5K to Monet, one that will not show up because I did not put my timing chip on becase I left it at the trailer. Darn, I looked at it and wondered what it was...

Anyways I had a personal record of 32:40.

Latter in the evening I ran the Cops & Robbers 5K and didnt do too hot. I recorded a 33:57. 

This morning when I was looking at the times for the Cops and Robbers race, I became depressed that I was last in my class (50-55) and finished  54/62 males.... 

This week I will continue my daily morning work outs and run in my first half marathon when I get home.
