Also I forgot to tell you guys that all this week I have totally been steppin it up in the exercise departmnt., I walked two mile every day, and today I used the stairs at work all day for everything. I even jogged about a half of a mile yesterday, which made me extremely happy. I dont even remember the last time I ran. Also I been doing the elipticl for 10 minutes a day to bring up my endurance. I am feeling so good about my self right now!.......
