okay......4 weeks out.....total weight loss is 33.2 pounds. the weight isn't coming off as quickly as i expected.....maybe i should rephrase that.....the weight isn't coming off as quickly as i wanted. of course.....i'm certainly not a patient person. maybe i should stop looking at the scale all the stinking time. my energy level continues to increase...nowhere close to full strength yet but i'm steadily improving. i think i'm going to stay off the scales til next monday. maybe i'll have a nice surprise! either way.....i'm doing what the dr says so it will eventually come off! the good news is i'm in smaller clothes!til next time...
