6 WEEKS POST OP...

here i am again.....6 weeks post op.....down 39 pounds....so very happy about that.  my energy level is getting back on track which is a relief!  was really beginning to worry about that one!  been pretty bummed out lately....don't know why....i guess its normal to have highs and lows.....of course we never want the lows!  but...here i am in the middle of it.....just planning to ride it through!  going to hit the treadmill after work to work off a bit of stress. 

looking for happier days......til next time!
