Introduction of a 2010 Sleever (VSG)

Greetings...

I am a 45 year old female who has been lurking around this site for almost 5 years (I cannot believe it myself!!). My story is similiar to most as I have been heavy all of my adult life. After having a child at 22 years young, my life appeared not be my own --- however, devoted to my daughter, working, completing college, church, family and the list goes on and on. Completing all of the worldly accompiishments (i.e. degree, homeownership, advanced degree, professional careers, etc.), very little time was devoted on internally looking at my life at the inner woman that I could be. With this, the drive through meals became my "friends" while running from one project to another. Life changed somewhat after the my daughter's graduation from HS and the desire to relocate to begin with living my mid years in a different climate with change.

Fast forward to recent months, a decision has been made that I cannot do this alone and need some assistance in this journey. WLS journey has now been embaced and not longer seen as a defeat; however, a friend to assist me with living a fuller and richer life.

I welcome ANY assistance, help, advice and reflections to help ME become the BEST ME THAT I CAN BE!!!
