I am the happiest that I have ever been in my life. The wieght did change who I was, and it block me from becoming howm I am now. I have to say I am more shy than I was befor I lost the wieght . but I can now do things that I could never do befor. I have totally change the way I eat and how i  see food. Also the way I channell my angery like ( not trun to food for comfort) but finding real reason of what  upsets me and  finding a activity to modivatie in to not falling back into the same bad habits. Yes this sugery helped me and change my life for ever. My sugeron I think  is the best dodctor I know beause he save me for hurting myself and God  carried  me thru many yrs of heartache and pain and he seen me thru the best time in my life. but this sugery is no walk in the park, it is not easy. So I  can truly say that I have did it,  i have won.
