8 Months Out!! :)

Like the words to an old song says; " It's been a looong, a long time coming and I knoooooow, a Change is gone Come" I'm 8 months out and 95lbs from my goal. A change has come. Life couldn't be better, like the saying goes " I'm happy in my new skin...lol 

Food Challenges: Pork, is not my friend...I get sick everytime, those crystal lite drinks still seem a tad bit thick. When I do eat I wish I hadn't always feel like it's coming back up, and I wish I would have just had a shake.

Overall all is good, no complaints, Wishing you All A Merry Christmas!
