Eating on a busy day

I'm just posting this to make a record of it for myself. I don't know if it is the right way or wrong way to be eating.  I was rushing around today, and wasn't home a lot for meals.  Here is what I ate

B- 14 g dry instant oatmeal with water, Splenda and cinnamon.  56 g microwaved egg whites 5 g mustard

S- Scoop Isopure whey protein and one teaspoon Metamucil

L- 8 oz Wendy's Chili

S- 1 scoop Isopure whey protein powder.

D- 3 oz turkey breast, 10 g mustard.. 89 g of steamed broccoli and carrots.

Instead of eating seven meals today... I ate five.  I still had nearly 100 g of protein, fewer than fifty carbs, and fewer than 15 g of fat. and fewer than 700 calories. Which is about my daily average for the past couple of months. My only concern is eating the eight ounces of chili for one meal. I usually don't ingest that much. I don't want to be able to eat large amounts of food again.
