Grazing at night

Eating after work was always my Achilles heel.  I could go all day and eat little.  I didn't feel hungry when I got home... I just felt that after a day of stress, I would eat and eat to get some kind of reward. Like a drug.  When I started my diet leading up to RNY. I would still eat my largest meal around 7pm. (that's when I get home from work).   But that's all I would eat. I would try to get away from food as much as possible I would go to my room. I would even go to bed if I had to. It's kind of an "out of sight, out of mind" method.  Now, seven months later.. it's easier not to give in to the late night temptation of eating.
