I got up this morning (not feeling good)
went to the bathroom got on the scale & guess what ? I FINALLY did it I'm out of the 200's !! Not by much , but still out I weighed in at 199. I haven't seen a 1 in front of my weight in so many years, I'm going to start crying 
just because I'm actually putting it in words. I know that's weird, but just call me weird I guess...LOL. Anyway just had to put it into words & share it with ya'll that makes it sink into my brain that it's real 
...LOL. Talk later, I need to clean house that's kinda like exercise .
