Can't believe it's been 7 months...Feb.10, 2011

I can't believe in 2 days it will be 7 months since WLS, besides some throwing up, stalls on weight loss & some tummy pain from time to time everything has been going great. I'm very happy with the amount of weight I have lost in such a short time, I still have about 9 lbs. to lose. I finally started a exercise program on Monday, I know it's only been 4 days but I plan on staying with it. It actually felt good to be exercising again I call it a good kind of hurt by body is going through right now...LOL. Because of snow & ice I had to miss today, but I've been moving furniture around & doing a good house cleaning & laundry. Every time I bend over I feel the pain in my thigh's & butt, since we are stuck inside I thought I would get somethings done I have put off for so long. I'm down to 151 lbs. now I now wear 6-8 pants depending on the pants (mostly 6) a medium shirt. I never thought I would see those sizes again, I'm so happy & I feel so much better. My feet do not hurt when I'm up on them alot (they use to hurt so bad I would almost cry) & then my lower back was the same way it would be hurting so bad when I would get up in the morning that I could hardly walk. My hubby hurt his back at work they gave him a little electrode machine with these round sticky things with a wire on them you place them where your pain is & then you plug the wires in the machine pick your level 1-10 & it gives little shocks. It would help my back after I had it on for a while. Anyway, I don't have that pain now either. I even wear heels all day without any problems. I can tell when it's almost time for my B12 shot or if I forget to get it I will feel completely exhausted. Other than a few minor things & learning what foods I can tolerate "Life is Great" my goal is for my new life to continue for the rest of my life I have a lot to live for .... have a great night. Almost forgot to tell that today is our 33rd wedding anniversary, My hubby got me a new wedding set it's beautiful. We have 2 wonderful children & a beautiful grandson, of course we have had a few rough times through out the years. But never anything so bad we couldn't make it through. All in all we have had a wonderful 33 years plus the 4 1/2 years we dated. He was 17 I was 15 he was my first boyfriend & my last, we have been together ever since...
