Goal Weight Reached

7 1/2 months ago I weighed 354lbs.  Today I weigh 214, 1 pound under my goal weight.  I guess my first goal weight, I've set of new goal of two hundo.  I changed my eating habits.  I excercise 5-6 days a week.  I can now do 35 push ups in under 60 seconds.  I can do 30 situps in under 60 seconds.  I ran a mile and a half in fourteen and a half minutes.  I never thought any of these things were possible.  Ever.  If you're contemplating surgery or just had it or even have had a relapse...stay strong.  Believe in yourself.  You can do it.  Strength is earned.  Use WLS as a tool and give 'em hell.  You deserve it.
