week 17

I only lost one pound this past week but I fot in my 22's a little better. They feel like they are almost getting too big. I feel great still. I went and bought biotin hair shampoo and conditioner and it works great. It makes my hair feel so soft and healthy plus it has a cooling sensation while it is on. Anyway i will update again next week.
