6 month check up

I went to see my Dr. yesterday for my 6 month check up. He was very pleased with how I am doing. According to his scale I weigh 145 lbs. I've lost 76% of my excess weight in 6 months. He said at 6 months we are expected to lose 54%. I have 10 more lbs to lose to reach my goal. My BMI is 27. Getting close to normal!!All of my blood work was great, except for my B12. He gave me a shot, because I just don't have much energy and my test results were low.I need to take sublingual B12, and I wasn't. Was taking B12 pill. I just forgot to do it.. Shame on me...
Everything is going well. I go back in Dec. for my 12 month check up. We might discuss abdomiplasty (sp?) then. He said if I have that done, I could expect to lose another 15 lbs!! We'll seeeeeee....
