Appointments all scheduled

Finished scheduling all the rest of the appointments necessary to submit to insurance.

I've already done the orientation, 2 of the 3 nutritionist appointments, the surgeon consult, the endoscopy, and the psych eval.

Scheduled are a PCP appointment, the third nutritionist appointment, an EKG, an abdominal ultrasound, a chest xray, the pulmonary consult, and all the labwork.

Whew! Seems like it's all happening fast now.  By the end of the month everything should be ready to submit!
