I have gotten over the plateau !! I was stuck for so long ! So I encourage everyone to change EVERYTHING up when trying to get past the hump in the road ! It will work ! I I lost 6 pounds in the last few weeks.. and am tickled to death ! Around Thanksgiving go figure.. So I have great news to report to my Dr. on Dec. 10 th ! Yeah ! Hope all of the OH community is having a Blessed Weekend .. More Later.. .
