Hair Loss

3 months and 2 weeks and I am losing my hair. I noticed the last two times I washed my hair that I lost alot in the shower. I am hoping that its just a random occurance but I am worried if it is not. I have really thick hair right now so granted I could afford to lose a little, I just don't want to be bald.
