Day 1 - Optifast

Okay, so day one is a little rough. I am sure I can get through this, the taste of the Optifast isn't too bad, but it isn't great either. My boss forgot about today and brought in some amazing looking donuts. I am not going to lie.. After about 4 hours of thinking about them, I ran backt o the kitchen to take a bite... However, Diane, a co worker was back there and talked me down. This is not going to be an easy road, as I can already tell how addicted I am to the foods that I am used to eating.

My other co worker joe said, think of it this way - You can have those foods again, just, not right now. I have been replaying that in my head over and over again.

If there is anyone out there, I can really use the friendly support.
