Call back tomorrow

I just wrote a whole page and went to pick my smiley and somehow it all got erased. Long story short, the insurance company said my case was being processed and if I call back tomorrow they may have an answer. Is everybody dragging ass because it's almost Christmas? Until I have an answer.........
