BOTTing right along!

Doing well the past week, even managed to get past some stress issues without hitting the cookie jar!  I see the doctor on Thursday this week.  I think I exceeded the December goal of losing 5 pounds that he set for me.  According to my scale, I've lost 18 pounds since my lap-band revision in December!!

I did eat out last week.  Went to Big Boy Family Restaurant in our town (Shoney's/Frisch's) and had a grilled chicken cranberry pecan salad.  Total calories: 455.66.  Protein:  19.17 grams.  It was a very large salad, but I ate the chicken first and then had some of the lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, cranberries and pecans.  I definitely wasn't able to eat the entire salad.  My husband ate the majority of the salad.  I did not have any salad dressing, the cranberries and pecans were just enough flavoring.  I could not find the calorie and protein count at the restaurant nor online.  I made a call to the local HQ, and my request was emailed to the regional office.  I also suggested they put their nutritional information online.  Hopefully that will happen.
