Two days post-op - new pain?

First post.  Just got home from the hospital- VSG on June 2, 2014( 2 days ago). Biggest shock is the feeling that I am really past it- my date.  Almost can't believe it has really happened..and now, of course, I am committed.  I was remarkably pain-free-- walked a lot in the hospital (something like 6,000 steps since surgery)- but gas/bloating seems like it got bad again right now.  I was trying to lie on my side- maybe too soon after a little broth-  is that the problem?  Feel tons better sitting up, but really the worst pain since surgery was just now.  

I commend everyone on this site-- doing this takes a degree of commitment and personal courage that most people will never understand.  Honored to be in your company.
