SV and 2 NSVs today

the scale finally moved.  I am in the middle of my 5th week on liquid diet and I think my body had adjusted to it because I had reached a plateau.   I hadn't lost a lb in 10 days.    But today, the scale was down 2 lbs.   Yippee. 

I also had 2 non scale victories today (NSV).

First, I went to the Opera today with my honey.   Live, but not in person as I still can't (yet) fit into opera house seats.   We go to local theaters and enjoy the Metropolitan Opera's live broadcasts in HD.   Today's opera was Hamlet and it was FANTASTIC.  

Anyway, I was able to enjoy the entire 3+ hour opera with the arm rests all the way down.   A few months ago I couldn't even get them down.   Last time we went to the theater I was able to get them down but not sit comfortably.  Today I was quite comfortable with them down. 

Second NSV was that I was down a few inches on my waist and hips.   So exciting.

I also made another trip to Vitalady's house.    I am so spoiled to live close.  I get to go there and try proteins before I buy them.
