Aniversary!!

Well April 14th marks my 7th year since surgery!  I am happy to say that I feel I have done very well!  My lowest weight was 204 down from 371 and today I am at 240.  Yes I did gain some back, but I am on my way back down as I have (and NEVER will) forgotten how I felt at 371lbs.  I will NEVER allow myself to get that way again and I must always remember that I was given a TOOL and I must use it wisely!!!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO EVERYONE ELSE THAT SHARES MY DAY!!! MAY WE ALL CONTINUE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE YEARS TO COME!!!
