protein & liquids

Been struggling to get in fluids and protein.Met w/ my nutritionist this week. I have been getting dizzy spells due to dehydration. I am now bumping up my protein shakes w/whey isolate protein and sipping water all day long.
I have been back to the gym for the past month.
I cooked quinoa this week and have it with hamburger & sauce. Been in a food rut where I'm not really interested in any of the old standbys.
Any good recipes out there?
