Food is still not my friend, but manageable

I am learning what is acceptable for my body and what is not. I want to eat things like salads cucumbers, fruits. But, my little pouch just does not want that. So, it would be easier to say I could live on yogurt, milk, soup and water, but I force myself ton try new things everyday. That's the challenge now. Pain is awful, but I feel so stupid when I cause the pain. But, it is getting better. It's almost 2 months and I just went below 250 pounds. I hate that number and can't wait for below 200! That will make me jump for joy! I need to start walking on my treadmill every day. That's my goal. Right now I'm doing only 2 times a week. That's not good.
