Long time coming

I didn't realize it has been so long since I blogged. Things are going quite well as far as my DS. Some times I do eat more carbs than I should and I pay for it dearly. Then I cut back to mostly just protein. I have lost 53 pounds in 7 months. Yeah it is slow, but I am tickled pink that the weight is coming off. I am now in a size 14 and XL tops. Fitting into all the tops I got after my gastric bypass. I had bought a lot in that size, XL. Need more hangars and more room in my closet, ha ha.Art is not as nice as he was on our trip to Delano when I went for surgery. He can be a real drag sometimes.
I still have my bum knee (medial meniscal tear) to deal with. I hope after the first of the year to have arthroscopy surgery on it. Have to find a new insurance plan first.
Cleaning out the extra bedroom, clothes, clothes, and more clothes to donate ect. We need that bedroom for an office. My kids need to get over here and clean.
Nothing much going on. Dr. K had an 10-year anniversary party on 12/8. I was going to drive down with Starr, but she could not go after all. I know 3 hours is not that far, but my driving the last few years is terrible. A six hour drive in one day is not for me and could not really afford to stay down there overnight.
I need to get some more update photos put up, full length. Will work on that.
