Me myself and lies

Psalm 86:2 and Psalm 139:14
² Preserve my life, for I am holy;
         You are my God;
         Save Your servant who trusts in You!

So what does God say about you? You are His servant you are wonderfully made. So when you are negative about you or you are calling yourself names, what are you saying about God? Do you ever yell at yourself, berate yourself, put yourself down? The enemy loves to see us do that. God made you, you are His child, He redeemed you, He sent His Son for you. When you disparage yourself you are saying thanks God but you should not have because I am not worth your Son. We are not worthy, yes we all know that, but if we continue to discount ourselves we are discounting Christ. Think about that the next time you call yourself stupid, idiot, etc. Think about that the next time you go to eat something you know is not good for you. You are God's temple your body is His.
