Psalm 139:1-4

NKJV " 1 O LORD, You have searched me and known me.
 2 You know my sitting down and my rising up;
         You understand my thought afar off.
 3 You comprehend my path and my lying down,
         And are acquainted with all my ways.
 4 For there is not a word on my tongue,
         But behold, O LORD, You know it altogether.

I want you to place your name instead of any my, me or I. Let this be your prayer today. The Lord's thoughts about you is what you need to remember. He knows you, loves you anyway and His thoughts about you are not dark, twisted or negative in any way. Can we really see ourselves as God does?

Some other verse on what God thinks about us and how His thoughts are always wonderful:

Jeremiah 29:11 NKJV
11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
Psalm 40:5 NKJV
 5 Many, O LORD my God, are Your wonderful works
         Which You have done;
         And Your thoughts toward us
         Cannot be recounted to You in order;
         If I would declare and speak of them,
         They are more than can be numbered.
Psalm 92:5 NKJV
5 O LORD, how great are Your works!
         Your thoughts are very deep.
Psalm 139:17 NKJV
 17 How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God!
         How great is the sum of them!
Isaiah 55:9 NKJV
9 “ For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
      So are My ways higher than your ways,
      And My thoughts than your thoughts.

The next time you want to think negative about anything especially about yourself remember these verses and remember God loves you and thinks you are wonderful no matter what. Aren't we worth it to God to make sure our thoughts are like His or strive to be?

May God bless you and keep you
In Christ
