So, I have now gotten over just a few hurdles. I dont remember if I posted this or not. But, my original surgeon is no longer in network.... Boooo. He is an awesome surgeon! I really wish that I could see him again.. Any whooo. The new office that I have been referred to has also been really great as well. I havent found anything to complain about yet in regards to them..Lol. So, I have had to do a few things before I even have had the chance to see the surgeon. First, I had to fill out like a zillion forms, medical releases and things of the like. Oh Even though my weight was recoreded and on the paper work, I had to go into the office for an offical weigh in. Then on monday of this week, I went to the seminar that you must attend prior to seeing the md. Next week, I will finally have the chance to see the surgeon. His name is Dr.Houman Solomon. Hopefully, all will go well. He told the group that was there, if the insurance denies the surgery that they will help you to appeal it!!!!!! I have a feeling that I might since that is what happened last time. There is just a good vibe about this..I am hoping, wishing and praying that there is no BIG, FAT envelope envelope awaiting me a few days after my appt. If there is, I am well aware that the appeal process will begin. You guys keep me in your prayers that everything will go smoothly.
