Gastric Sleeve coming up, any advice or encouragements??

Good evening everyone...

I am new to this website and I am very excited to read your stories and get to know some of you as I continue on my journey... I have a gastric sleeve scheduled for Aug 30th. I have started the pre-op Opti-Fast diet as directed by my surgeon. Its tough but I am dedicated and devoted to a complete life changing experience.

I am am RN and have met a great deal of opposition about my plan but I know what I have been through and what my body feels like everyday and I am ready!

Since I am new I welcome any and all advice and encouragements. Thank you!
