Sooooo Discouraged!

Ok so I'm really discouraged right now! I'm seeing all these ppl on youtube and OH are losing weight so fast, and I've only lost 15.3 lbs............
REALLY?????? I mean what is taking so long for me to see results? 
Why is everyone else losing 20 to 40 lbs in the 1st month and I only lost 15.3? Am I doing something wrong???? 
I really feel some kinda way right now!!!! UUUUGGGGGGGG!!!
