Lunch- 1.5 slices of wheat bread 3 points= 18 points left
3 slices turkey -2 pts= 16 points left
1 slice cheddar-2 pts= 14 points left
1 TBSPN mayo-2 points= 12 points left
lettuce & tomoato-0 points



Exercise
