OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!!!Tentative Surgery Date!!!

4/23/2012I am so excited. I had my surgical evaluation this morning and it went WONDERFULLY!!! I was pretty much told by my surgeon that I wouldn't have ANYTHING to worry about as far as insurance approval!!!
This is how everything is going to go;
My insurance should give the approval by next Monday or Tuesday.
I will go Friday May 4th to schedule ALL my preop appointments, which are as follows
EGD
pre surgery group
Diet classes (once a week for four weeks during optifast diet)
Anesthesia pre assessment
SURGERY!!
I will have to buy my optifast at that appointment and I will have to start it the next day which is Saturday the 5th!
That means....
Four weeks from that Saturday is June 2nd...at that time I'll will be finished with the Optifast and the next day Sunday the 3rd will be my liquid only day and nothing to eat or drink after midnight...and...
SURGERY ON THE 4TH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My surgery will be on Monday JUNE 4th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nothing is absolute yet, but as lond as insurance approves by next week. THIS IS IT!!!!!!!!!
