Forgotten Again

You know I realy didnt expect to have so much trouble getting a surgery date. I did as I was told. Completed all of my appoinements. Recieved and faxed over my approval. Now I have been trying to reach the nurse for over a week to set my surgery date. I recieve no call back, no reason, nothing except " I will leave her a message to return your call" or an answering machine. Today I was promised by the Dr. Assistant that she would give me my date today. She was to call me back by noon. Noon came and went, I called at 1:00 and left a message, I called again at 3:00 left a message, and called again at 4:45 and left a message. That after leaving approx. 20 messages on the Nurses machine since last Tuesday. Still I have not recieved a call back. Again I feel let down and forgotten by my own Dr. office. If it was not for the fact that he is the only Dr. that takes my insurance and I have finished all of my stuff I would so change Dr's office. I might just drive the 4 hours to the office tomorrow and see if they can give me the brush off with me in their face. This totally sucks. I start my new semestr and should have already had my surgery before and recovered. Now I am looking at missing school because of the surgery.
