Motivated

I am committed to getting back on track. I have not been really off but I have started snacking and things, although I still exercise daily. This site is so helpful because it has motivated me to keep going and get back to the basics. I have not gained any but i haven't lost anything now for about 4 weeks. Stalled. back on track with my little goals at a time. Small, goals equal big goals. Allow my self to be successful....smile
