I guess I kinda goofed this morning...dunno what I was thinking, but TOTALLY forgot MMWI?? WTH??? Sorry guys, but Thanks Sarah for picking up my slack.......Scales were NOT kind to me this morning, yeah I did remember to weigh, but that's an everyday thing. So here's my data. I guess I gained back all but a half a pound that I lost LAST week.
But it's OK, I'll get it back on track and lose it again...Highest weight: 252
Surgery weight: 238
Weight last week: 143.9
Today's Weight: 145.7
Weight Gain/Loss for the week: +1.8lbs
Total weight loss: 106.3
