Merry Christmas

It has been a while since I have been on here.  I am doing WONDERFUL! All of this holiday food has not bother me a bit.  I have come too far to fall in that trap!  I have a follow up the my surgeon's office on Dec31.  I am excited to see how much I have lost since my last visit.  On 11.26.2012 my doctor told me I had to increase calories because I was dropping weight too fast.  He said if I continued at the rate I was that next year the wind would knock me down!  That made me smile.
