Hi, my name is Melissa. I live in Louisville, KY. I'm waiting for my appoint on April 21, 2011. Paperwork is done go to the center to see dietician and etc I'm so scared and so so excited. I have three children, husband, and cat that I adore. I'm a funeral director and emblamer. I love my job. The weight is making it a taks this days to function at work. That scares me even more. Glad to see this website and very encouraged by everyones stories.
