Its been a while

Lots has changed over the past month. I am back in school and time is really starting to fly. I am almost under 200 lbs! only 7 lbs to go. on March 5th it will be my fifth month anniversary. If   i can get to 199 it will be awesome. Problems... I have been sick since surgery back in Oct. with allergies and colds one right after another. not three days in a row where I was not taking an entire box of Kleenex with me every where i go. also, food is still not good for me. everything...I mean everything i eat except my morning coffee causes some discomfort in my pouch and makes me feel sea-sick... I know that if I am not careful and I eat too fast... its coming up. protein drinks I get in two a day or at least one a day they make me queasy for about 30 mins. I get in about 1000 cals a day. I can not eat chicken at all nor any dairy or eggs. I can eat three table spoons of ground beef and all the veggies I can fit in. my daily menu is the same almost everyday. its as follows
coffee, protein drink, nuts, salad for lunch, Melba toast, taco for dinner, two pretzels for desert. plus all my fluids and most of my vitamins... these are the foods that cause the least amount of pain and suffering so to speak. The doctor is not sure why I am so sea sick feeling, he said that it might be from dehydration so I have been really pumping the fluids.. but I can live with it. its not so bad that I want to try to do anything about it. It does keep me from going off the deep end with food that's for sure. its a training process. I am no longer suffering from high blood sugar or high blood pressure so its a very good trade off. I am in a size 16 and some 14. that's down from 24...I have lost 10 inches off my bust, belly and hips each. its been a challenge each day but not more than I can handle. I am happy with my decision so far and I will know more in April when I get my blood work done.
