It seems that I'm on a roller coaster. On Friday I thought I finally broke my stall. I went from 233 down to 231. On Saturday I weighed myself again and I went up a couple of ounces but I still was on the 231 number (normally I round to the whole number). Yesterday I weighed my self and I went up to 233. Today I'm still 233.What's going on???
I did go to a BBQ on Saturday. But I pretty much stuck to my diet with the exception of a couple of spoons of Pasta salad (which btw didn't stay down) and a slice of coffe cake.
I even did another Spin class yesterday. I've stopped doing it but I'm going back to myfittnesspal.com and logging every meal. I've already put in everything from yesterday.
