Weight loss program

I found out today that my insurance (Priority Health) won't approve the WLS until I complete a 26 week weight loss program  (grr that's at least 26 weeks longer that I have to wait)  so I made an appointment and I start the program Friday, Feb 5th. At least I don't have to wait a month for that appointment. The WLS seminar is tomorrow - can't wait!
