100 pounds down!!!

Yay!!! I lost 100 pounds my friends!!! OK forgive me I miss my OH Friends!! I really do so I'm making a commitment to being around a little more and showing my progress to my fellow Friends!!! Well I'll be 5 months post op Jan 5, 2011. I been eating OK watching my 1/2 cup. Every day is a different day!! I just bought the shake weight so I'm going to work with that for now. Sometimes I forget to take my meds lately.. working on it that's all I can do... I started working out more its hurts after wards , wishing I had a workout buddy but she lost motivation .. So moving on to Got to do for myself at the end of the day you know.. I got a new job in starting school ND couple of weeks!!!  My goal weight is 180 that's 80 more pounds so lets do this!!!!
