Wanted to write since I havent been on here in about a week. I had my 1st lil upset the other day. Chips and salsa did not agree with me, i kno i shouldnt have even attempted to eat the chips but i only had a few! Neways, the food did not come bk up. But i felt like throwing up all day.

Well Im bored out of my mind today, and its cold n rainy out.. So no walking for me today :(

Right now im hungry, but im having a problem of trying to figure out what to eat. Any suggestions?
