Update !

Well yesterday i went to my second appt for my 3 month diet with the surgeon. I didnt loose anymore weight, but honestly i didn't expect to. I haven't been very good with the diet the Nut provided. I'm starting to try and stay on track again today, we shall see how it goes. I know everyone says that i will be able to eat what i love post op at some point, but i keep getting the thoughts that i should eat it now and get it out my system. Ughhh sooo frustrating when i know I'm wrong but I'm not strong enough to fight myself!
