Victory Day

This morning went to the gym, did upper body work out, chest, triceps, shoulders...then did 40 laps in the pool!!! Amazing!!! Had homemade chicken vegetable soup for breakfast, lunch and dinner because I am afraid to get sick after the past few days...went with my daughter Lauren, had 1 strip of cod for lunch...did not get sick! Shopped for several hours about 2.5 hours of walking!   Wonderful day I did not get sick at all...thank you Jesus!! Down to 204....only 4 lbs to ONDERLAND!!! I haven't weighed less than 220 lbs in 30 years!!!
