Wow, its been 4 weeks already …crazy! What am I eating? In the morning I have my Elite protein shake with 4oz whole milk and 4 oz soy milk. For lunch ill have either tuna, shrimp, chili or soup. Dinner will be the same as lunch. Then for a snack ill have a yogurt or a piece of cheese. I have had foamies and slimes a couple times due to swallowing too much at once or eating too fast. Chicken apparently hates me and wants to kill me now L Seafood goes down easy, which im very happy about because my main food is Ceviche. I have done pretty well with drinking my protein shakes and I’m very conscious to eat high protein foods. I’ve been ok with taking my multi, calcium and biotin. Although I must admit I have skipped a few days here and there especially on weekends. Drinking water is a constant battle. I don’t think there has been one day that I have gotten all the recommended 64 oz . More like 30oz. I have had issues with irregularity, which I will speak about with my surgeon next week at my one month post op. My weight pretty much stalled at one week out and continued that way for 2 weeks following. Talk about frustrating!!! Anyways I weighed in today and I’m 3 lbs down. Woohoo ! I’m 34 lbs down from my highest weight and 23 lbs down from surgery. My one month post op is on Monday so I will be posting again. Any questions, advice or suggestions, write me ;) <3, Natalie
