I woke up this morning and made sure I got my protein in and took my vitamins! Then I did the 1 mile walk with my Biggest Loser Video. I did a load of laundry and now it's time to get ready for work... I'm thinking a little ricotta and spaghetti sauce for lunch and a Jeannie O turkey salisbury steak for dinner.
