4 years gone by already; cannot believe it! I have maintained the loss of 165 lbs forthe most part. I have gained 14 lbs that I am working on losing. I find myself getting frustrated and sometimes jus want to say " The heck with it!" but then I think about where I was, how far I have come and I come to my senses. Being post menopausal doesnt help..lol.
