Time to get back to me !

So I am close to two and a half years out and I have fallen off the track as they say.  I have been working and taking care of everyone else and in the mean time I stopped taking care of myself.   Here I am off for the summer, so now its time to get back to me.  I have at least 30 more pounds to lose and I want to do this before next summer cause if I can I want to have my plastic done next year.  In order to do that I need to lose 30 more pounds at least that is what I think.  I am going to make a consult with a plastic surgeon in the next few weeks to find out what the Dr. Thinks.   I have been stuck at 180-187 for almost a year so I know its time for me to up my work out and possibly talk to a trainer and nut to see if they can help me to reach my goal.  I think 1 year is a sensible time frame .  Well that is what is going on in my life right now I am getting back to me !
